I'd highly recommend just to upgrade the motherboard and video card, possibly RAM. Your CPU will do fine for now, and it'll be well worth it to go for Deneb or Propus.

No. They were right. Cause the signal needs to be converted from Analog to Digital. There is no way to output a digital signal and have it be shown on a analog screen without any type of coversion.

How did you download the ISO? From the HTTP download or the Torrent? If you got it from the HTTP download did you bother to check the MD5 Sum to make sure you had the whole file? Sounds like you do
